How to use ELOG-K 1.0 App

ELOG-K helps observers and prospective observers check registry status, register, update accreditation information, receive official ELOG updates and submit opt-out requests.

1. Check Status

Use your phone number, email, national ID, passport number or observer code to check whether your record exists.

2. New Application

Use this only if your record is not found after checking your phone, email, National ID, passport number or observer code.

3. Update Profile

Use this when your existing record has missing or incorrect details. You do not need to resubmit photo or ID if they are already correct.

4. ELOG Updates

Read official notices from ELOG on registry, training, accreditation and deployment readiness.

5. Opt Out

Submit a respectful request not to be contacted for future observer recruitment or deployment.

Update Your Observer Photo for Accreditation Readiness

ELOG is updating the observer registry to support future accreditation and deployment planning. Observers are requested to check their registry status and submit a clear profile photo, confirm their ID or passport details, update contact information, and confirm availability. All submitted information will be reviewed by ELOG/CDU before approval. This process helps ELOG maintain a secure, verified and accreditation-ready observer database.

ELOG-K 1.0 App Pilot Now Live

ELOG is piloting the ELOG-K 1.0 App, an Observer Registry & Updates Platform designed to help observers check their registry status, update profile details, confirm availability, upload accreditation information, and receive official ELOG updates. This pilot is part of ELOG’s continued investment in a secure, verified and modern observer database to support election observation planning, accreditation, deployment and communication ahead of the 2027 electoral cycle. Observers are encouraged to use the platform to confirm that their records are up to date. All submitted updates will be reviewed by ELOG/CDU before approval.
