ELOG launches Diaspora Survey Report - 'The Other Electorate' which is a comparative analysis on diaspora voter registration, voting and advance voting. This assessment report seeks to contribute to these processes by not only starting a conversation on the same but also providing practical as well as pragmatic recommendations on how promote the rights of the Diaspora to vote and to participate in the political processes in Kenya.

Multi-Sectoral Forum (MSF’s) Press Statement on Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Reforms for a credible 2017 G.E. on 20th July 2016. Multi Sectoral Forum (MSF) is connived by Religious Leaders drawn from different faiths and members of the CSOs, Women, Youth, Trade Unions and PWDs among other stakeholders with the aim of;
- Creating a platform for dialogue and participation by non-state actors in electoral reforms;
- Consolidate and advance a advance a national electoral reform agenda for Kenya;
- Undertake oversight so as to ensure accountability of the Parliamentary Reforms Initiative and;
- Promote peace and national cohesion for peaceful and credible 2017 G.E.
ELOG joined other electoral stakeholder convened by of the Multi-Sectoral Forum on electoral reforms. During the meeting, the Forum specifically reflected on the ongoing debate on electoral reforms.

The Members of Parliament (MPs) will today Tuesday, June 14th 2016 debate two key Bills, on management of elections and maintenance of roads in the country. The Election Laws Bill seeks to make changes to the Elections Act, 2011 and the IEBC Act, 2011 to address challenges witnessed during the 2013 general election.
